Product Manager
Right now, our hiring team is looking for a Technical Product Manager who, under general direction, will create user-centered design solutions that features ease of use, employs best-in-class interaction design, and optimize the user experience. The Product
Manager will work with business, technical, and customer success leads to understand the business vision, objectives and transformation plans to help identify opportunities for competitive advantage. The Product Manager needs to be able to analyze Qualitative and Quantitative data by performing complex analysis to improve our operational metrics and estimates of the value created for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy – Own the product roadmap with a focus on customer/client expectation to help define new functions and features – Drive prioritization of large product initiatives to ensure development resources are focused on highest value items on the product roadmap·
Evaluate market competition and utilize research to position/reposition our product
Obtain and maintain a full understanding of our target demographic needs
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond
Actively conduct a gap analysis of different solutions (both internal and external) and identify the best path forward
Create product design deliverables for both mobile and web-based applications
Present projects and status reports to team leadership
Translate content into user scenarios, flows and diagrams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like business development, customer experience, product marketing teams and engineering teams to bring new product features to market
Design product requirements and user stories both simple and complex for user-facing workflows and user interface design, wire-framing, that includes data analysis of user research.
Project management using agile methodologies to clear obstacles to the team completing work. Managing sprints to ensure the team meets daily to discuss current tasks and roadblocks

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, or Information Systems is required (Master’s preferred)
Experience with Machine Learning and Data Analysis/Visualization techniques is required Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is a MUST
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
