Business Development Manager
The Business Development (BDM) will lead sales efforts to sell TalentNow’s solutions and services to new and existing clients with a special focus on the Private Marketplace and Statement of Work solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the entire sales process of TalentNow’s services and solutions related to SaaS product offerings, including being part of the proposal response team, leading client presentations, and all follow-up until a contract is awarded. This role will focus primarily on selling technology solutions to new and existing TalentNow clients. This is a salary + commission role.
What you’ll do:
Obtain sales leads/prospects through networking with IT, Human Resources, Procurement, Talent Acquisition executives, and additional key client stakeholders, including C-Level contacts.
Ability to hit, and exceed, sales quotas on an ongoing basis. Quotas will be tied to the growth of the TalentNow platform.
Moving prospects through the top of the sales funnel to close new deals
Facilitate the creation of necessary marketing collateral and create campaigns to drive an increase in the number of prospective clients and contingent labor placements.
Identifying key decision makers within these prospects.
Updating TalentNow’s sales tools with up-to-date information
Work closely with other departments and as a team member when required.
